Chemical Peel Pre- & Post-Treatment Instructions

Day of treatment, Patient should:
• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and spicy foods.
• Avoid any activity elevating blood pressure the day of treatment, and anywhere between 3 to 5 days after

From 5-7 days before the treatment, until 5-7 days after the treatment, Patient should suspend:
•Using Retin-A, Retinol or any product derived from Vitamin A Acid.
• Waxing or any other form of hair removal.
• Use of Glycolic, AHA (Alphahydroxy Acids), or any exfoliating products.
• Botox, Collagen Injections.

From 14 days before the treatment, until 14 days after the treatment, patient should avoid:
• Prolonged sun exposure and tanning beds.

After Treatment:
Expect skin to be slightly pink. The skin may feel tight as if it were exposed to the sun or wind. Proper skin care must be used.

Special note for clients using accutane:
Clients using Accutane Must suspend its use six months prior to treatment
